For who? About this initiative

We operate as a non-profit, open community. Our ambition is to build a community of academics, entrepreneurs, managers, and students. We welcome anyone who subscribes to our vision and mission. Our mission is fulfilled by conducting studies, sharing information and knowledge, publishing articles, books, and other forms of communication, and offering educational opportunities. We aim to operate as a virtual knowledge hub, serving as a fundamental resource for information, experience, and expertise for all interested parties.

We are not a collection of people with merely casual, practical experience in management and entrepreneurship. At BALANCEDMANAGEMENT.ORG, we challenge pseudoscience, baseless anecdotes, and unfounded personal opinions.

Our success will be measured on the quality and quantity of our Body of Knowledge.
